This is where our chef, Hatim Khaled, posts some of his favorite recipes, so you can try his unique style of cooking for yourself, or pick up new ways of presenting classic dishes. In the last video, Hatim shows how to cook Moroccan-style lemon chicken, and there are many other interesting ideas, such as rib and artichoke paella, steamed mussels and Black Angus ribs.
There really is no mystery to fabulous meals: all you need are the right ingredients, a passion for creating and enjoying the best of Mediterranean food, and a spark of adventure to try different ideas.
Of course, it is also lovely to be pampered in perfect surroundings, enjoying the best food that the Marina Alta and the Mediterranean Sea can provide.
