We may all have to wear masks to hide our smiles at the moment, but we can’t hide the love we have for our job, and for our wonderful customers. Food, Nature, horses and family matter most to us here, in our beautiful corner of Spain, and we just love to share our joy with you. We also love to celebrate our style of cuisine here, and talk about our ingredients. If you want to do more than just relax at our tables and enjoy your food, you can stay in contact with us, wherever you are in the world. It’s like taking a piece of Vall de Cavall home with you, and this is how you can do it.
Subscribe to our YouTube Channel:
Vall de Cavall has had a YouTube Channel for some years now, and during the months the restaurant was closed because of Covid-19 restrictions, our Chef de Cuisine Hatim Khaled made good use of the time to experiment with new dishes and keep in touch with our many loyal customers. Check out Cocina de Vall de Cavall, and subscribe to the channel, so you don’t miss any of our videos. There are a couple of interesting versions of paella, plus a video of slow-roasted Black Angus ribs, which are marinaded for 5 days and cooked for 14 hours before being finished off on the grill. You can almost smell it cooking, and just imagine how tender it must be after all that love and special attention!
Facebook Lives:
If you haven’t yet liked our Facebook Business Page, head over and give it a like, so you will be notified when we are about to do a Facebook Live. Recently, Hatim has cooked paella live, and everyone could see the special ingredients that go into Vall de Cavall’s version of paella. We honour the land around us, that yields the fresh ingredients we cook with every day, and also the sea close by, from which we obtain fresh seafood for your gastronomic delight. And we regularly post photos of our new dishes, since we are creating new culinary adventures every single day. It’s what we love to do, and what we live to do.
It’s not all work though – we have a lot of fun too, as this photo with one of our younger regular diners shows. You see, here at Vall de Cavall, we don’t just want you to eat and run, because to us, you are not just table numbers, you are our friends and family, and we want you to come back and see us again and again, and be part of the sensory adventure that we have created here, for your pleasure and ours.
Come and see us soon, and enjoy with us the changing colours of autumn in the beautiful campo surrounding us. Now the weather is getting cooler, we are concentrating on preparing hearty, satisfying dishes for you to try. And for those who like something lighter, we still have an excellent choice of cold starters and delicately flavoured fish dishes to tempt your taste buds. Hasta pronto, amigos!
